Server Logs
Our hosting infrastructure may temporarily log standard technical information (such as IP addresses and request paths) for the purpose of maintaining service availability and security. These logs are not used to identify or profile individual users and are rotated regularly.
Third-Party Services
Flashlight DC displays legislative data sourced from public government APIs (such as the Congress.gov API). We do not share any user information with these services because we do not collect any.

Flashlight DC does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Our service is intended for general audiences.
